The teen migrant who police say shot a tourist and fired at police in Times Square on Thursday has been charged with two counts of attempted murder and a slew of other crimes.

 

A 15-year-old has been taken into custody after allegedly shooting and injuring a tourist in Times Square, law enforcement sources told ABC News.

One of three teenage suspects opened fire in a JD Sports store Thursday night, after a security guard stopped them for shoplifting.
