With demand far outstripping supply, the initial weeks of the coronavirus vaccination effort practically guaranteed anxious waiting for millions of people.
But some of the problems that have plagued the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia, from canceled appointments to crashing websites, could have been prevented, experts say.
