The city of Tallahassee’s mayoral primary election was one of many races in Leon County on the ballot during Tuesday’s Florida Primary elections.

The Tallahassee mayor’s race is going to a runoff. Current Mayor John Dailey and Leon County Commissioner Kristin Dozier are separated by just half a percent, and it’s likely an already bitterly fought race will only grow more contentious between now and November.
