The hosts of ‘The Five' rebuked Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Tuesday for blaming the rise in crime in Minneapolis on a "dysfunctional" police department and for "not fulfill[ing] their oath of office."

Adam Richard Johnson, 36, was found dead in Minneapolis on June 17. Over the next few weeks, his body parts were found scattered in four separate locations, including in the Mississippi River.

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — The founder of a St. Paul charter school that lost $4.3 million in a hedge fund investment is quitting as superintendent and chief financial officer.

No one has been arrested. Police are interviewing people who were at the scene.

Authorities say two of the five people who were inside a Cambridge house when it exploded over the weekend were seriously injured in the blast.

Five victims of the blast are all expected to survive.
