An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 3-year old child who's believed to have been kidnapped along with the child's mother. They are believed to have been taken by Jafaria Listenbee, 28, black male, short black hair and a red jacket. Listenbee is driving a 2015 blue Mitsubishi Outlander, MN plate CCG 372. They were kidnapped from a northeast Minneapolis residence, authorities said.
