Finland was ranked as the happiest country in the world for a sixth consecutive year, while Taliban-ruled Afghanistan ranked as the least happy country, according to metrics released Monday.

The U.S. was 15th in rankings from the 2023 World Happiness Report. The report, which was published on Monday, said Finland and Denmark took the top two spots, respectively.

Interestingly, the Russia-Ukraine war caused a drop in the rankings of both the countries. While Russia is ranked 72, Ukraine is at the 92nd spot.
