Colorado attorneys for two men accused of stealing from Kohl’s, including KitchenAid appliances, argued for lesser charges during the trial because some items their clients stole were on sale.

Two men received felonies for stealing from Kohl's, but their attorneys said the charges should be lessened due to the sale price of the items.

The lawyers for the two men who stole high end goods from a Kohl's argued for lesser charges because the items had been discounted.

Kohl's dubbed the pair the "KitchenAid Mixer Crew" as they stole brand-name shoes, clothing, and numerous high-end kitchen appliances.
