Following a decades-long campaign, victims killed by the British Army in 1971 were found to be totally innocent, Ministry of Defence then agreed to pay damages to families. 

Joseph Millen was shot in the back and Bobby Clarke was injured trying to help neighbours.

The amounts paid out in each case were not disclosed in court but the judge ordered the MoD to pay legal costs.
