Phoenix police have identified a man who died after being found with "extensive" head trauma on Friday as 50-year-old John Weeks. Police responded to an "unknown trouble" call near 36th and Van Buren streets at about 12:30 p.m. on Friday, according to police spokesperson Sgt. Andy Williams.
