Sydney Opera House documentary Autopsy on a Dream resurrected 45 years after it was destroyed
The 1968 BBC documentary detailed the cost-cutting and compromises that led to the resignation of Danish architect Jørn Utzon. The film was cut apart with a meat cleaver to prevent its screening in Australia.
