Knox County will have a new Sheriff next month in Jack Harlan. The Republican came out ahead of his Democratic opponent James Robertson in Tuesday's General Election. Harlan received about 58 percent of the county vote, or won by about 3,000 votes. Harlan is a retired U.S. Army First Sergeant, and current detective and K9 handler with Knox County.
