X Corp, formerly known as Twitter and owned by Elon Musk, has filed a lawsuit against financial services company Atlas Exploration, seeking to recoup over $713,500 in allegedly unpaid rent and fees for office space in San Francisco. The lawsuit alleges breach of contract and claims that Atlas terminated the sublease agreement early without paying the owed rent and early termination fee.
