Jonathan Swiftwolfe, of Moosomin First Nation, had a bail hearing on Dec. 10 but the hearing was adjourned until Jan. 6, 2021. Swiftwolfe was arrested Dec. 6 after multiple RCMP detachments joined forces to find him. He was considered armed and dangerous and police issued a public warning. RCMP said Swiftwolfe has “Westside” tattooed on the side of his face and neck. Westside Outlaws is a dangerous and violent street gang. Swiftwolfe was wanted on charges of assault, uttering threats, several weapons-related offences, and flight from police. RCMP located him on Dec. 6 at about 6:30 p.m. near Sweet Grass First Nation. Fox was with him. She was wanted on numerous warrants including assault with a weapon and failure to comply with a release order.
