The shorter school week is increasingly popular for rural school districts trying to recruit teachers. But what does it mean for students and families?
On Jan. 19, Missouri State University received 975 Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccines, which are available to high-risk staff members, according to the Missouri State COVID-19 Information Center.
The vaccinations come as part of the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services phase 1B of the COVID-19 recovery plan, which includes first responders, high-risk individuals and critical infrastructure.Â
According to the Missouri State COVID-19 Information Center, âSign up for vaccinations at Magers Health and Wellness Center must be completed through the MyHealth Portal, which will be available the week of Jan. 18.â
In addition to the MyHealth Portal, those who are interested in getting vaccinated can fill out Mercy Healthâs COVID-19 vaccine interest form.Â
