It appears to be a random shooting incident. At the time there were a dozen people on the popular pier. Police descended on the area after receiving numerous 911 calls investigators e mailed to other officers cell photos taken of the suspect, today, charged for the murder. They found sanchez hiding in front of this restaurant. A bartender saw the take down. We just saw a guy on the floor. A cop pointing a gun at him. Steinly lived across the street from where he was arrested. Police say sanchez is on probation in texas. Our sources tell us hes been deported to mexico several times and his rap sheet includes aggravated assault. Well obviously her family is devastated tonight.
