Its estimated the rebuilding process could take several years. County and city leaders will consider relaxing several housing rules such as allowing people to live on rv while their houses are being built. And allowing others to rent out their guest or pool houses to evacuees. San francisco zoo manager denying claims that they are using 2 way radio to eavesdrop on the workers. The teamster representing zoo workers says microphones on the radio can be remotely activated enabling top zoo manager to listen in on private conversation. Held a News Conference at the zoo tonight. I could be on my lunch break i could be on my lunch break. Where i keep my radio with me. And it could just be recording my conversation. My conversation would be open and heard and i would have no idea. No signal from the radio its on so it doesnt add up. Someone else, and whether someone had been, you know, living in the shaft for a period of time, hopefully will be determined by the investigation. Reporter police say it appears the man was sleeping at the top and was crushed to death. He was found wedged between the elevator and the wall of the shaft. Investigators are still trying to determine how that homeless man got into the shaft in the first place and apparently or how long had he been living there or if he had been living there at all. She was last seen jogging near 34th and telegraph on thursday morning. The 31yearold was wearing gray pants, gray sweatshirt and red shoes. Her family says Oakland Police arent doing enough to find her. There is now a 1,000 reward for information in the case. A vigil will be held this afternoon. Devel
