Two homeless people have been locked up for allegedly stealing the car of a Good Samaritan on the Mississippi Coast. According to Jackson County Sheriff John Ledbetter, an unidentified male victim picked up 27-year-old Joseph Anthony White and 38-year-old Julie Ann Anders at a hotel in Ocean Springs on November.
