Defense attorney Matt Gonzalez says he had no intention of hurting kate steinle in the summer of 2014 on pier 15 in San Francisco. Gonzalez argued the gun prosecution told the jury Garcia Zarate had the gun with him, wanted to fire the gun at people. Thats when he aimed at the closest target, the steinles.
