Independent creative agency, The Core Agency, has launched its latest campaign for long standing client, Elders Insurance, building on the brand’s core idea, ‘Our way never gets old’.
The new campaign of TVCs, press and digital went live yesterday and, like previous campaigns, uses real Elders Insurance agents in the stories. It features two very different, yet contemporary, small business owners – a farmer and a microbrewer – who have adopted the latest technology to help run their operations. The stories highlight how much they value the ‘human’ partnership of their local Elders Insurance agent in our fast-changing digital world.

Now in their seventh year of partnership, the agency has expanded upon its previous consumer work to create a new core idea to be used across all areas of the QBE AUSPAC business. The new direction is being progressively rolled out across home and vehicle, business insurance, speciality products and people risk.
Developed using insights from across the organisation, the new ‘Before & After’ brand platform conveys that QBE does more than just offer insurance. QBE Australia Pacific has launched a new brand platform, along with an integrated campaign, created by The Core Agency.
The new platform, “Before & After” looks to “give people confidence to achieve their ambitions by being there for them – Before & After, and everything in between”, according to a release.
The new brand platform, visual identity, plus brand and product advertising campaigns will be rolled out progressively across the QBE Asia Pacific region. The new platform direction covers home and vehicle, business insurance, speciality products and people at risk.
