They wandered through parking garages and would pick at door handles until one would open up. They would then rush inside, search the car and take anything they could find. They did. Cars. But get this, so far, not a single victim has come forward. Officers have recovered money, phones and electronics, stuff that victims may not even realize theyre missing.
