The fake reports began in late fall, according to Patrolman Josh Roach. The most recent one was recorded at 2:17 p.m. Wednesday. The caller claimed to be at a home on E. Front Street. He said his friend was not breathing after he shot him. He said his parents were in the house, and that he might kill them too. Police called a resident of the home, who said she and two others in the residence were fine. Patrolman Josh Roach is trying to determine who has placed the calls.  He believes they ca...
