A 16-month-old boy who was walking on a road was struck and killed by the driver of a pickup truck late Tuesday afternoon in Oceanside, California, police said.
According to the Chula Vista Police Department, he was heading into his birthday party at Play City when a 36-year-old person driving a car struck and killed him.
