Morton Arboretum President and CEO Gerard Donnelly will retire in 2022 after more than 30 years in charge, longer than any of his predecessors. Donnelly s influence can be seen in virtually every corner of the 1,700-acre tree museum. The Daily Herald recently spoke with Donnelly about that legacy.
