Back-to-back. Rome native Marco Cignarale, Pete Russo of South Glens Falls and the Rochester father-son tandem of Felice Scala and Natale Scala teamed up to win the Open Division of the 2023 World Series of Bocce for the second straight year Sunday at steamy Toccolana Club.
