The charge of felony second degree assault was dismissed against Judd Hoff for the reason of prosecutorial discretion, according to a court document.

Glenwood resident Judd Hoff was sentenced to 13 months for one count of felony second-degree assault.

An Alexandria man has been found guilty of one count of felony second-degree assault. The order for judgment against Judd Hoff was filed Thursday, Aug. 26, by District Court Judge Michelle Clark and stems from an incident where Hoff used a machete to go after a man who took his American flag.
