Jaimee Nichole Traylor, 26, made her first appearance in court on Nov. 6. She is charged with felony third-degree murder after an investigation tied her to a fatal overdose in Litchfield this summer.
Cody Ryan Sander, 30, was sentenced to serve 21 months in prison and ordered to pay more than $8,600 in restitution after being convicted on an amended felony charge of receiving stolen property.
Edgard Francisco Talave Latino, 48, of Litchfield, was sentenced to an aggravated 96-month prison sentence for a sexual assault of a woman in November of 2021. According to court documents, the state argued for the longer sentence because the offenses were committed in the woman's own residence and due to the egregiousness of Latino's actions.
Nickolas William Hurd, 37, was sentenced to serve 105 months in prison after pleading guilty to felony first-degree drug sale in Meeker County District Court. Hurd was also convicted of a first-degree drug possession charge in a separate Meeker County case and sentenced to 107 months.
Refugio Kooky Muniz III, originally charged as Refujio Kooky Schorn, of Watkins, was sentenced to serve a concurrent 32-month prison sentence for a domestic assault in Meeker County. He was incarcerated Nov. 2, 2022, for another felony domestic assault conviction in Stearns County.
