In terms of the judges who signed they recall petition, i take it you tried to contact some of them? >> we placed calls to all 29. to first off give them a chance to say if someone else signed their name. we matched names and adreadful shapes with campaign records but wanted to give them that opportunity. none denied having signed it. five were willing to call back and explain their reasoning for signing it. fell into two camps. some said it was a protected constitutional right just as voting wo...
