Body camera footage of fatal Ogden police shooting shows man had gun in his hand
Officers were looking for the man Dino Morales after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman and stole her car.

Newly released body camera footage shows that a man accused of sexually assaulting and robbing a woman earlier this month in Ogden had a gun in his hands when a police officer confronted him and fatally shot him soon after.
Tucker Riggs, 28, and Julian Nordahl, 26, are being held in the Davis County Jail on suspicion of theft, attempted murder, failure to stop at the command of police, and other counts.
