Driver loses control after punch thrown
ELLSWORTH Police were called to a three-person fight outside a truck that was driven off Bangor Road near Gilpatrick Road on May 15.
When police arrived, two of the men walked away from the truck and, at least at first, no one would admit to being the driver. Then, Darion Turner, 27, of Dudley, N.C., said he was at the wheel. He said he drove off the road after one of the occupants punched him in the face, but Turner would not say which man had thrown the punch.
