The properties in close proximity to each other Richmond Terrace, Blackburn, are the subject of two separate planning applications. Bassam Juma wants to convert 15 Richmond Terrace, known as Richmond House, into five flats and add a two-storey rear extension. Junaid Shafi is seeking to turn 12 and 13 Richmond Terrace into a house and knock down and additional building to the back of number 13. Both are Grade II listed and in the Richmond Terrace Conservation area. A Design and Access Statement has by JSY Design Ltd, on behalf of Mr Juma s application says: The area comprises a high density of residential and commercial properties.
Internships of young KP engineers being planned July 19, 2021
TIMERGARA: Secretary Communication and Works (C&W) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ijaz Hussain Ansari on Sunday said that steps were being taken on emergency basis to start internships in mega projects for young engineers graduating from various universities.
He said young engineers can find solution to the problems faced by the department.
Ansari, who is a candidate for vice-chairmanship in the Pakistan Engineering Council elections to be held next month, visited the region and addressed a convention of engineers from all districts of Malakand division at a local wedding hall as chief guest on the occasion.
