A 29-year-old man was on Monday charged with two fatal shootings that took place within minutes of each other on March 18. Larry Albury, whose street name is LA, appeared before Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt charged with the murder of Junior Rostand and the attempted murder of Joshua Adderley.
