Germantown s Sinter Klausen Christmas Markt a shop known for sharing German Christmas traditions with the community   plans to reopen  but this time in Elm Grove, with a broader European focus. Now called European Treats and Treasures, the shop, 850 Elm Grove Road, will host its opening from noon to 6 p.m. Feb. 19, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 20, according to its Facebook page.
