That ramp to the blue route northbound, blocked off still. You cant access the blue route from 95. Youll have to get off sooner. Get off at stewart. Thats a good idea for now. Slow approaching there. Once you get off at stewart, you can make a left at Westchester Pike to fairview. Then you can get back to the blue route that way and safely head northbound. Prepare for southbound delays because you can see some of the southbound traffic from the blue route as it merges into the traffic on 95. Its see
