investigating its second deadly hit and run within 3 days. latest crash happening late last night. shut down the roadway for a while. kron four s michael thomas has more details. details regarding this hit and run are still coming in when it comes to an arrest. one has been made on a person that police believe did flee the scene. according to officials, they arrested him for not only hit and run, but also driving under the influence of alcohol. take a look. this was the truck that was unattended at the accident when police arrived. it all happened just before 11 o clock last night on northbound. i 6.80, just north of road. california highway patrol arrived to the scene, finding 2 vehicles involved a sedan in the carpool lane that had one person unconscious. but officials say later died on the scene and the second was a truck found just off the road in a dirt area, smashed up an unattended. chp says the driver of the truck was seen fleeing the scene but was later contacted h
