Firefly, a taxi DOOH media network provider, has partnered with vehicle fleet operator Drive Sally to deliver taxi-top DOOH advertising on Tesla taxis. The goal is to entice high-end brands though a zero-emissions platform, according to a press release.
Firefly s platform enables a variety of content triggers including location, demographics, traffic patterns, time-of-day, and real-time weather conditions. The jewelry companies Swarovski and David Yurman are the first to advertise on the Tesla vehicles in New York City. Taxi-top advertising is an institution, and Firefly has made it our mission to usher in the future of the taxi-top, from block-by-block targeting, to creative optimization and full-funnel measurement, Kaan Gunay, co-founder and CEO, Firefly, said in the release. With our Tesla-top ads, we re reimagining what taxi-top advertising can be, bringing all-new brands into the category and reaching audiences in a novel way.
