Ahead of the start of his second term Monday, Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman announced personnel changes and promotions within his administration as five staff members are set to leave this month.
Pittman, a Democrat, will take the oath of office at Crownsville Hospital Memorial Park Monday and lay out his plans for his next four years as county executive.
Stepping down are Matt Power, chief administrative officer, and Kai Boggess-deBruin, chief of staff, while Pam Jordan, deputy chief administrative officer for health and human services, Lori Rhodes, deputy chief administrative officer for land use, and Chris Phipps, director of the department of public works, will be retiring.
