According to the official statement,
SHWAAS is capable of supplying oxygen continuously at 10 LPM (litres per minute) for two patients at a time. The space agency is now inviting entrepreneurs, startups, and innovators to partner with them for prototyping and mass production.
Weighing around 42-44 kg, ISRO revealed that the device
can enhance oxygen gas content by selectively separating the nitrogen gas from ambient air through pressure swing adsorption (PSA).
According to a report by Zee, ISRO has also been supplying
liquid oxygen to Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh government from their manufacturing facilities and existing stock in order to help fight the pandemic.

The MoU will involve cooperation on the peaceful use of outer space between KACST and ISRO
The King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for space cooperation. The implementation of the space cooperation has been assigned to Saudi Space Commission (SSC), according to a report in Asharq Al-Awsat.
SSC Chairman Prince Sultan bin Salman and ISRO Director Kailasavadivoo Sivan held a virtual conference last month to discuss the MoU further. At the conference, both parties discussed their partnership in research, science, expert training, technology, and cooperation in space exploration missions.

Official reports have revealed that higher directives approved assigning the Saudi Space Commission (SSC) as the authority overseeing the implementation of a space cooperation MoU signed by the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
Last month SSC Chairman Prince Sultan bin Salman held a video-conference meeting with ISRO Director Kailasavadivoo Sivan. The two discussed expanding bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom and India in the field of space.
They also reviewed the future Saudi-Indian partnership in research, science, expert training, technology, and cooperation in space exploration missions.
