Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the foundation stone laying ceremony for the Kalki Dham temple in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, spearheaded by the Shri Kalki Dham Nirman Trust led by Acharya Pramod Krishnam. The temple's construction is significant as it prepares for the awaited arrival of Lord Kalki, the prophesied 24th avatar of Lord Vishnu, set to emerge at the end of Kali Yuga.
