Calcutta High Court Acquits Death Penalty Awardee In Kamduni Gangrape-Murder Case
The Calcutta High Court on Friday acquitted a capital punishment awardee and commuted the death sentence of two others to life imprisonment in the gangrape and murder of a 21-year-old woman at Kamduni in West Bengal.
