A driver, Michael Lee Weber, 47, of Pennock, was injured after a semitractor-trailer hauling sugar beets rolled onto its side Wednesday night north of Raymond. He suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital, according to a news release from the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office.
Matthew John Monson of Willmar is serving jail time and three years of supervised probation after pleading guilty to two counts of criminal vehicular operation related to a rollover crash last summer on the edge of Willmar that injured himself and four passengers. In exchange for his plea, two other charges of criminal vehicular operation were dismissed. All four charges alleged that Monson had an alcohol concentration of 0.08% or more within two hours of driving.
