Durst is charged with firstdegree murder in los angeles but is being held in louisiana on drugs and weapons charges. Durst was transferred to a Mental Health facility in louisiana yesterday. Its unclear when hell be sent to california. But also yesterday federal agents and police searched dursts pant for several hours and came away with two boxes of evidence.
