The Leap of Kindness Day encourages people to show compassion and caring towards others in order to spread kindness and inspire a chain reaction. Originating in 2016 by the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce in Saratoga Springs, the Leap of Kindness Day has since grown to see 200 communities in the U.S., Canada, and Ireland all leaping into kindness — including the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce.
