Disease and Surveillance Focal Person at the hospital Ellias Phiri said the person comes from Lupembe in the district and has since been admitted in the issolation center at the hospital. The bridge collapsed last night due to flooding of the river, following heavy rains. According to reports,three people believed to be officials from the Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) and Immigration department are reported dead.
