A JV comprising Woodside Energy, BP Developments Australia, Japan Australia LNG (MIMI), which is owned equally by Mitsubishi Corp and Mitsui & Co, Shell Australia and Chevron Australia have been awarded the greenhouse gas assessment permit (G-10-AP), located in the Northern Carnarvon Basin off the north-western coast of Western Australia.
