Varanasi: The sight of low-flying aircraft in certain parts of Varanasi in the last few weeks has left residents curious about their purpose.

Varanasi undergoes a 3D survey using low-flying aircraft to create a digital twin map for the citys integrated command center. The project, led by Varanasi Smart City, plans to enhance city management through modern mapping technology.

The first phase of Sigra Stadium’s redevelopment and modernisation opens new avenues for athletes in Varanasi. The Digital Twin will integrate with the Kashi Integrated Command and Control Centre, improving the efficiency of various departments and facilitating the planning of infrastructure systems.
