Possibility of if its approved for one doing it for all, but then having i would add to that, and i think that was part of the discussion, that there be a governor opt out of that particular thing, but i would add to that, and i know that there is a difference between when the governors they are around all the time and the legislators who are around some of the time. So ive always suggested that there be an opt out or an opt in by the governor, provided when the legislature meets they agree. I dont know what happens if there isnt agreement, but im certain that there would be some good suggestions that would come out of that. Im joe and i want to welcome everyone here in our Conference Room and everyone watching through electronic means to a Conference Today addressing the general and very specific question also of stabilizing the Health Insurance market under the Affordable Care act and in particular a proposal made by a group of eight governors. We will actually be following the panel. You may wonder why we have the governor speaking after us. The answer is travel considerations. Fortunately although this panel is not obligated to confine their remarks to the governors proposal the governors did put out a letter last week that is really quite easy to summarize.
