Following the police killing of Daunte Wright in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, on April 11, community members have been gathering outside of the cityâs police department to protest.

At last nightâs protest in Brooklyn Center, outside of Minneapolis, the day after Daunte Wright was shot and killed by police officer Kim Potter, one speaker said âItâs the same story, different day.â I couldnât agree more.
âWe need you to get home safely tonight because we need you tomorrow. We need you the next day. And the next week.â
