Power of plants
Hancock County’s perennial plant sales often are coveted, one-shot deals. Some gardeners make it. Others miss out. Among them is the Blue Hill Public Library’s benefit plant sale, but there’s a new twist. It kicked off Monday, May 24 and will run continuously for three weeks!
Starting Monday, May 24 the library will host its annual plant sale fundraiser, but with a new twist this year, rather than taking place on just one day, it will go for three weeks! As always there will be high quality plants from local gardens available to purchase, but this year the sale will be open every day the library is open, until Saturday June 12. The plant stock will be replenished frequently and will offer a wide variety to choose from. This popular annual sale is an important fundraiser that the library depends on. If you have any questions, please visit the library’s website at www.bhpl.net or call 374-5515.
