Although we'll see widespread scattered showers during most of the day Monday, the severe threat won't maximize in Acadiana until the evening hours once we get into the warm sector

The Boston-based telecom tower company added that the total cash proceeds to ATC at closing, subject to certain pre-closing terms, would potentially represent up to approximately or $2.5 billion at today’s exchange rates.
