There are cte programs that get people into Community College occupational programs. Those are all fine and good. But if were talking about the people who arent at the most risk of not graduating high school, its really the direct employment. And secondly finding ways to link up, to have partnerships with Certificate Programs and very narrow occupational programs. And many of those programs are given by the four profits. Right .
